1. General Use

Red Tool Superstore gift cards may be redeemed for purchases made through our online store, subject to availability.

 

2. Redemption Limits

Only one (1) gift card code may be used per order. Gift cards cannot be combined with other gift cards on a single purchase.

 

3. Expiry

All gift cards are valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

 

4. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other payment methods, except where required by law.

 

5. Lost or Stolen Cards

Red Tool Superstore is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift cards. Please treat your gift card code as cash.

 

6. Partial Use

If the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid using an alternative accepted payment method.

 

7. Amendments

Red Tool Superstore reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
